The Webasto DBW 2010 Series diesel-burner’s cast aluminum blower casing WPX-225-67A is mounted on the Aqua-Hot, Hydro-Hot RV Hydronic Heating Systems.

If you need rubber grommets you will need 2 right grommets (WPX-299-995-2), and 2 left grommets (WPX-298-964-2)

When reattaching the diesel burner to the Aqua-Hot, be sure to properly align the diesel burner before tightening the eye-bolt nuts. Visually inspect all the rubber grommets on the top and bottom of the burner’s cast aluminum blower casing to ensure they are in place. DO NOT overtighten the eye-bolt nuts. Over-tightening the eye-bolt nuts can cause the aluminum blower casing to crack. An improper alignment or over-tightening of the eye-bolt nuts can cause damage to the burner’s cast aluminum blower casing.

Your Hydronic Heating System, whether it is an Aqua Hot, Hydro Hot, or Webasto DBW 2010 has a white label with a model number on the heater. This label can be found on the top or the side of your Aqua Hot, Hydro Hot, or Webasto Heating System.
