Pump kit for Motorhome Hydronic Heating System | Aqua Hot – Buehler 400/450 Pump Kit – PLE-100-905-FRU

PLE-100-905-FRU is required for aftermarket installation replacing older versions of pumps for Zone Circulation, Stir or Engine Preheat. New-style pumps are used on all new aqua-hot and hydro-hot systems. This can be used as a circulation pump, stir pump & engine pre-heat pump.

The circulation pumps first draw the heated antifreeze and water heating solution from the Aqua-Hot’s boiler tank, then propel it through the Hydronic heating system’s interior heat plumbing. For interior heating, it is the room thermostats that trigger the Aqua-Hot’s interior heating system. When a thermostat recognizes that heat is required in a particular area, it sends a signal to the Aqua-Hot’s electronic controller calling for heat. The Aqua-Hot responds by activating the circulation pump for that zone, which sends the heated antifreeze and water heating solution through the Heating Loop corresponding to the zone requesting heat.

The stir pump circulates the antifreeze and water heating solution within the Aqua-Hot’s boiler tank to ensure even heating of the solution. To accomplish this, the stir pump draws the solution from the bottom of the tank and immediately deposits it back into the top of the tank.

The engine preheat switch activates the engine preheat pump, which draws the motor home’s engine coolant through the boiler tank to heat it before returning it to the engine block to transfer the heat there. 

Your Hydronic Heating System, whether it is an Aqua Hot, Hydro Hot, or Webasto DBW 2010 has a white label with a model number on the heater. This label can be found on the top or the side of your Aqua Hot, Hydro Hot, or Webasto Heating System.
